Dear Jane,
When I treat the eye bags with Zerona, the design of the machine involves rotating heads - which allows for more coverage. Regarding time, I have just found that more than 6 minutes at any one time isnt needed for that small of an area due to the proximity of the laser and the small target tissue. Zerona is also preset for fat so when doing eye bags i use the preset factoring.
Blessings,

I am just wondering why the laser is placed 1-2 inches from the bag (it's in the air?) and not on the bag itself? Also is more than 6 min at the time simply not any more effective or does it actually make the treatment less effective somehow?

I tried treating my eyebags with it for 10 and 20 mins at a time (4 sessions total) by placing the laser on the bags and taping the surrounding area with pvc tape with no results yet. We used 140 and 160mw and frequency of 500.

Thank you in advance!
