The Worst Thing About My Zerona Laser Program…

Everything has a catch…. Everything.

I don’t know how many patients I’ve interviewed after there treatment… but I make it a point to do so… and I always ask them this question:

“What was the worst thing about my Zerona treatment?”

What would you think the answer is?

It was NOT the cost.

It was NOT the massages.

It was NOT the time it takes – six 40-minute sessions over 2 weeks.

It was NOT the supplements I gave them.

It was NOT that they didn’t do as well as other people – everyone wants to lose the most, 8 inches.

Well… their answer was the SAME as MY answer.

Part of my program is the compression garment – that was the winner!

Apparently the worse part of my Zerona Laser Program is the use of compression garments.

What are compression garments?

They are like panty hose. But tighter and don’t pass the knees.

Some doctors use biking shorts; not my recommendation.

Some doctors use medically manufactured compression garments; which are nice, but nothing special. Over priced in my mind.

Some doctors suggest you use store bought items that are comparable to Spanx. You know the “contouring” underwear that smoothes everything out. Sears has a brand, Target, Walmart, J.C. Penney’s, etc. They are every where.

While this is the worst part of my Zerona Laser program, once you get into the garment you get used to it in a couple of days. Women get used to them much faster than guys. Most of are not used to wearing pantyhose. :-)

If you can handle that… and I’m sure you can… you’ll answer one of the questions at the end of your end interview just like everyone else.

THAT question is this: “How easy was my Zerona program compared to other things you’ve done in the past to get into shape?”

Everyone answers the same, including myself, “This was the EASIEST!”

Blessings,
Dr. Don

I’m a 27years old full time mother of 2, i can’t find time to lose more weight, and i agree that it will make my life so easier to lose weight. I like the idea of having this treatment. It’s sounds so much easier ‘coz u don’t have to go under the knife, spend hours in the gym, or count calories! No aches and pains! I believe after using this treatment it
will help me to lose more and allow me to be more fit for exercising. One of these days.

Dear Trisha,
Thank you for your comments. And yes, you are right… most mothers are so busy with taking care of others that they are either too tired to take care of themselves or just dont have time! Zerona treatment is a fantastic way to get some fast results and some badly needed personal time. When was the last time you had 40 minutes of silence to yourself?

I have several questions…

1)It seems since I reached menopause, I can’t loose weight even though I exercise regularly. Will menopause continue to put fat back after I go through Zerona treatments?

2)Will some of the desolved fat be absorbed into the blood system and create fat cell blockages that might damage my heart?

3)Do you have an office in Riverside California where I can set up a consultation?

Thank you in advance for your answers.

Debra

Hi Debra,

Lets answer your questions…

1) It sounds like you are asking this: “If I have menopause, will I gain the weight back?” Let me ask you this, is your weight stable now? If you are not gaining now then you should do fine. As a secondary comment, the Zerona laser reduces circumference to the targeted areas liquefying the fat and then eliminating it from the body and thereby shrinking fat cells. So the primary focus or goal is not weight loss; though many people use it as a way to jump start their weight loss program. By helping to see results in 2 weeks.

2) Will the fat be absorbed into the blood stream and then cause blockage in arteries? No, it does not work that way. We know this because during the initial testing and development blood work was one of the labs that were observed for any changes during the Zerona laser work. The only change was that of cholesterol. Its interesting, the results in the lab work showed that there was a normalizing of the cholesterol – in other words, if your cholesterol is high, then it lowers it to a more normal level; if its low, it raises it to a more normal level. Interesting question, you probably didn’t expect that answer.

3) Do i have a clinic in Riverside? No I don’t. Only Rancho Cucamonga and Pasadena currently.

Thanks for your comments. If you or anyone else has specific questions for me, the best way to submit them is via email: DrDon@SoCalZeronaLaser.com.

This should not be consider an alternative to exercising. The key result of working out is healthy blood flow, stronger heart, better complexion, to name a few. Zerona will not provide that. I am honestly thinking of doing the z but i NEED to make sure I can commit to exercising during or directly after

Dear Pat,
Thank you for your comment. Yes, Zerona is not an alternative to exercising for all of the health benefits you have listed and more… Zerona is a noninvasive simply procedure to contour the body of unwanted fat in targeted areas.
