Who Can Receive The Zerona Laser Treatment?

By Dr. Troy Don · April 24, 2009 · Filed in Zerona Laser Liposuction

People who want to lose inches in a target area fast.  So we treat people who typically have a special event that they want to fit into a certain dress size.  Brides (brides maids) are very popular. Swim suit season is popular. But the biggest are those that are looking to jumpstart their getting in shape.  Personal trainers tend to send people my way because they know that if their clients are happy then they will continue to use their services.

The list of people who can use these services is longer than the list of those who CANNOT.  So it might be easier to list those people that we will not treat.

Before I give you the list of people who CANNOT receive treatment in my office let me first say this.  Just because you want to lose weight does not mean that I will accept your case and treat you.  During my consultation and examination, I will determine if you are a good candidate for my program, the Zerona Laser, and if weight loss will improve your health.  If you’re a candidate and if I accept you for the program, I will determine a treatment and nutritional protocol that will help you achieve your goals and is best for your body.

With that said, here are the people that I will not treat.

Pregnant or lactating women.  Even though there is not know side effect for the developing fetus or the lactating mother, we will not risk it.  Fat for the lactating mother is important for her health; for us to affect that is not in the best interest of her health or that of her children.  Once she is done lactating, then we’d be happy to determine a program for her.

Patients with unrealistic goals.  Often I sit with a person who is looking for my office to do all of the work.  In other words if I tell them they need to participate to get the benefits of the Zerona Laser, and if I feel any unreasonable resistance, I will not accept them.  Also, if a person is expecting an unreasonable number of inches of reduction, and if they’re not coming back to reality, I will not accept them.  Its one thing to hope for “unbelievable” results… you know what I mean.  Some people you just can’t make happy no matter what you deliver.  This category also includes patients who have a significant eating disorder that makes them think that they have excess fat, when they do not.  So if they lost weight, it would actually be unhealthy for them.

Bottom-line: the Zerona Laser and my program works so well we don’t want to treat the wrong people.  If you have realistic goals, are a reasonable person, and want to get healthier, chances are we can treat you.

Blessings,

Dr. Troy Don, DC QME

Dear Dr. Don,

For months now, I have followed up on many local newspaper ads and tv commercials offering solutions to “lose inches.” I’ve researched hours and hours online and checked out many avenues for much needed body sculpting. I found many practices that offer pounds of fat loss and/or reshaping. Most advertise “non-invasive” sculpting – they only require a small incision to insert a small cannula to “suck out” the fat. What’s “non-invasive” about that – no thanks, not for me! Another laser site states that it will require one to two months for results.

I’ve read the info on your site and looked at other Zerona info. It looks like your Zerona program might be what I’m looking for – it seems safe (no cutting) and hopefully, has a shorter time for results. I hope I’m a candidate.

Thank you, hope to hear from you soon,

K.C.

Dear KC,
You are correct… “non-invasive” sculpting that “sucks out” fat is still still surgical. And you are not alone, many people are looking for something that is compeltely safe and will get great results fast. This technology is still very new to the market and unknown to most people… so the Zerona Laser is becoming more popular. BUT, there will be savey marketers of other companies trying to take advantage of the success of the Zerona Laser. Its good you are doing YOUR own investigation. If others do the same investigation, they too will come to the conclusion that you and I have – The Zerona Laser is unmatched.

We’ll see you soon.

Blessings,
Dr. Don

I just saw the Zerona on DoctorsTV. Wow! I’m so excited! I’m convinced and I’m ready to get started!

K.C.

I love Dr. Don’s Body by Laser. I can’t believe the results I am getting. I have lose a total of 8 1/2 inches JUST IN 2 WEEKS!! It’s a dream come true! Thank you Dr. Don!

I started the program, and i just wasn’t sure what results i was going to get, but what a shock when i was able to fit into an outfit i bought a year ago, I’m sooo.. happy. Thank you Dr. Don for your support and help, I look forward to losing more inches.

My wife tried the zerona laser, I wasn’t sure how she would feel if she din’t lose any weight or inches like it says she would. I didn’t want her to get here hopes up becase she has tried every diet in the world but we were both suprised to see the inches melt off.

Dear Edward,
I understand completely. I think most spouces are concerned about this issue. Escpecially with diets. A person will diet, lose some weight, and then gain back the weight plus some more. Not a happy cituation for anyone. Thanks for your comment.
Blessings,
Dr. Don

Dear Anna,
You’re very welcome. It was my pleasure. Keep it up.
Blessings,
Dr. Don

Dear Liz,
You are welcome. It’s like you’re still dreaming some times, huh? You wake up, look in the mirror and see change in such a short time. Or outfits slide on so much easier. Keep it up!
Blessings,
Dr. Don

I am getting married in July and woul love to be a little sexier for the big day and the honeymoon! If I started with laser treatments now how much do you think I could lose?

Dear Kameron J.,
Congratulations on the wedding!

I’m sure you are getting tons of welcomed AND unwelcomed advice… but here’s my two cents worth. One problem that women have when looking to lose weight for their wedding is that they get so stressed out that the cortisol levels go though the roof! That make losing weight more challenging. So, be sure to relax and make time for yourself and share the “work”. It will help you to lose the weight.

About your specific results… well, having never met you i can not say. If you look at the average from the clinical trials – 3.5 inches. My office average is 6.5 inches. A consultation with a doctor who specializes in the Zerona Laser would be the next step.

Again Congrats… and good luck!

Blessings, Dr. Don
